Term Of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Critter Stack Tribe mobile application (the "App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the App.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, the developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the App on your Apple-branded device solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Restrictions

You shall not:

• Distribute, sell, lease, rent, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the App to any third party;
• Modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the App;
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations;
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the App;
• Use the App to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

4. In-App Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases, including virtual goods and subscriptions. All transactions are processed through the Apple App Store, and you agree to be bound by Apple's terms and conditions regarding such transactions.

5. Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

6. User Content

You may have the ability to create, submit, or share content within the App. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights in your content, but by submitting or sharing content, you grant the developer a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the App.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of this EULA.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. You use the App at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App.

10. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA.

11. Changes to EULA

We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. Updates will be posted within the App, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated EULA.
